PRE-CONSTRUCTION
First, we meet with the client to determine where in the process they are of defining the project. Next, we find out what their objectives are for Pre-Construction and what questions and issues will need to be resolved. We often are consulted even before an architect is engaged and love to be involved throughout the design process. Architects often bring us onto their team early in the process so that we can work together on realistic budgets in the design phase.

CONSTRUCTION
Whether you need complete home construction services or renovations to your current home, the Terry Elston Builder team is an experienced and diverse group of professionals who are poised to provide clients with quality service, clear communications, and strong management skills needed to produce successful projects. We begin with bidding your project to various sub-contractors and vendors, and starting with a realistic budget that serves as a guide throughout the project.

POST-CONSTRUCTION
The Post-Construction phase allows for the continued adjustment, optimization and modification of your construction project to meet the specified requirements. We will continue to support your project and the success of it throughout the warranty period and beyond.
